Gymnastics Program Descriptions

Baby gym
A half  hour class with parent dedicated to children from 9 to 18 months.Children and their parents are invited to explore the gym developing gross motor skills at their own pace!

Parent Tot
A forty-five minute class for children between 18 and 36 months and their parents. Gross motor skills as well as basic gymnastics skills will be taught.

Twinkle Stars
This is the first “drop off” class in the gym. This class will focus on all of the apparatus in the gym, bars, beam, vault, and floor. Gymnastics language will be taught as well as the basics!

Rising Stars
This is an advanced beginner class for 3-5 years olds who have mastered the Twinkle Star level. Teacher recommendation is required.

Shooting Stars
This is the intermediate pre-gym level. The skills get more challenging in this class! We will continue to grow our skills and strength. Teacher recommendation is required

Super Stars
This is our most advanced level of the pre-gym series. This class meets twice a week for one hour and fifteen minutes. Skills, strength, and form are the focus of this class! Teacher recommendation is required.
Pre-gym boy’s classes are available for Twinkle Stars, which is the entry level boys class.

 Rising Stars
Will focus on building upon skills mastered in the Twinkle Star level.
Teacher recommendation is required for this class.

Shooting Stars
The skills will continue to grow as will strength! Teacher recommendation is required.

Tumble tots
This is a tumbling class for pre-school aged children. Trampoline safety and basic skills will also be taught.

Tumbling 1
This is a basic tumbling class designed to teach proper rolls, handstands, and cartwheels.

Tumbling 2
This level will introduce, round-offs, limbers, and running tumbling.

Tumbling 3
This class will focus on walkovers, and flip flops!

Tumbling 4
This class will focus on perfecting the flip flops, round-off flip flops.      Teacher recommendation is required.

Tumbling 5
This is our most advanced tumbling class! Gymnasts must have a flip flop for admission, somersaulting skills will be the focus of the class. Teacher recommendation required.

Girls 1
This is the first level of our recreational classes. This class is for girls 6 years and up just starting out. This class will focus on the girls events; bars, beam, vault, and floor.

Girls 2
This is an advanced beginner class for those who have mastered the skills in the level 1 class. Teacher recommendation is required.

Girls 3
This is our intermediate level recreation class. The skills will build on the basics learned in the first levels! This class meets for one hour and forty five minutes. Teacher recommendation is required.

Girls 4-6
This is our most advanced recreational level! The skills will begin to be combined in this level! Teacher recommendation is required!

Boys 1-2
This class is for the recreational boy in the gym. They will focus on all of the men’s events as well as strength and flexibility.

Boys 3-4
This is our intermediate level boys class, the boys will build upon skills learned in the beginner level.

Boys 5-6
This is our invitation only boys class. This class meets for two hours twice per week.

Shining Stars
This class is for girls 7 and under who have successfully completed the Super Stars level. This class will continue to build and develop higher level skills.

Rock Stars
This is an invitation only class for advanced girls under 7 who show team potential.
