Tai Chi

This class is a perfect compliment to your yoga/fitness practice or just to get started moving. Tai Chi is the ancient art and exercise of developing “Chi” or internal energy. Tai Chi practitioners combine breathing, form movements and meditation to create a balance that enriches and strengthens a person’s physical and internal energy.

Ages 13+ Saturdays 9:00 am – 10:00 am

Martial Arts 

For over 1000 years Shaolin Kung Fu has been the premier martial art in the world. In fact, the best known martial artists of our time have studied Shaolin Kung Fu including Bruce Lee, Jackie Chan and Jet Li. 

Kung Fu is not a sport but an art that will forever enrich a students life through the development of the body, the mind, and the “Chi” or internal energy. It does not rely on power alone but exercises a magnificent blend of power, speed, agility and meditation. Whether a person studies for one day or 100 years they will use the knowledge attained on a daily basis. 

Classes are available for children and adults and for beginning-and advanced students. 

Kids (Ages 5 – 13) Wednesday from 6:00 – 7:00pm, Saturdays 10:00am – 11:00am
