Kids Yoga
Date: Mondays
Time: Kids Yoga(Ages 4-7) 4:30-5:15pm
Time: Kids Yoga (Ages 8-12) 5:30-6:15pm
 
We will explore movement through a variety of playful postures; play games that promote awareness and community building; and work into breathing exercises and meditative techniques to foster a sense of tranquility and self-regulation. Yoga is the perfect activity for guiding kids into healthy growth both mentally and physically, plus it’s a lot of fun!
 
Mommy + Me Yoga
Date: Thursdays
Time: 9:15am-10:00am
 
Mommy & Me Yoga will create a space where parent and tot can connect with each other while developing gross motor skills and creativity. Play, imagination, routing, language development, and naming and allowing emotions will all be taught and explored throughout this class. We will work on complex physical skills such as skipping, jumping, yoga postures, and contact between parent and child. Dads welcome too!
 
 
Prenatal Yoga
Date: Tuesdays
Time: 4:00 – 5:00 pm
 
This class will focus on poses for pregnant women, in order to increase strength and flexibility. 
It also helps pregnant women to develop proper breathing and relaxation techniques for easier and more comfortable labor.
