For over 1000 years, Shaolin Kung Fu has been the premier martial art in the world. In fact, the best known martial artists of our time have studied Shaolin Kung Fu including Bruce Lee, Jackie Chan and Jet Li.

Kung Fu is not a sport but an art that will forever enrich a students life through the development of the body, the mind, and the “Chi” or internal energy. It does not rely on power alone but exercises a magnificent blend of power, speed, agility and meditation. Whether a person studies for one day or 100 years they will use the knowledge attained on a daily basis.

*A black Kung Fu uniform and gym shoes are required.

Classes will be led by Si Gung Robert Anderson, our martial arts and tai chi instructor.
