Fitness

Barre

A low impact strength workout that enhances your muscle tone, posture, flexibility and confidence in a class that blends ballet, dance, functional strength and mind-body inspired movement. These exercises are performed with precision and concentration for ultimate results, each of the movements can be modified to match your unique skill and strength levels.

Bootcamp

In this high intensity class, cardio, kickboxing, and conditioning elements are combined to not only tone your muscles, but prepare your body for advanced level workouts.

Cardio + Strength

In this workout class, you will work up a sweat with cardio conditioning and full body strength building exercises. In this high energy class, you will burn calories, build strength, and have a good time!

Circuit Burn

This class combines various training styles and equipment to deliver an intense workout. Every class is a different high-intensity workout to increase Muscle tone and improve cardiovascular fitness.

Core 'N More

Core n’ more is a full body workout emphasizing the strengthening of your core muscles. Each exercise will focus on training your midsection, which improves balance, stability and posture. Equipment may be used such as weights, resistance bands, medicine balls, etc.

Fit Beginnings

Have fun and move to music during this class meant for anyone beginning or restarting their fitness journey! This class uses a variety of exercises designed to increase function for daily living. A chair is available if needed for support.

Fit Beg + Stretch

Your standard hour long Fit Beginning’s class paired with a 30 minute full body stretch and breathing session. Get a great workout in and cool down properly with this extended class.

Flirty Fridays

Kickstart your fitness journey and work up your “sparkle” while learning chair and floor routines to upbeat songs. This is a great class to start your weekend off strong and feeling flirty and confident!

Full Body Sculpt

A complete full body conditioning using body weight workouts as well as cardio to sculpt and tone. This workout will target most muscle groups to build power, burn calories, and get your heart rate pumping. 

Get on the Ball

A great muscle conditioning class using the large exercise balls to challenge the upper and lower body while focusing on strengthening the core stabilizing muscles.

H.I.I.T. It

High intensity interval training is an exciting workout that offers aerobic, anaerobic, muscular endurance and fat burning exercises that will push you to your limits. Alternates between bursts of cardiovascular challenging activities with brief transitions 

Mat Pilates

Emphasizing muscles throughout the core, back, and glutes, this class allows the body to move with more ease and efficiency. Your posture and balance will quickly improve with the constant engagement of your core and back muscles!

Step to the Beat

Similar to your standard Zumba class, but adding optional aerobic step equipment. High-energy movement and upbeat music for you to effectively improve on step-work balance and work up a sweat!

Get your heart rate pumping with fun and innovative workouts. Various formats meant to keep your body engaged in new exciting formats to leave you ready to start your week off to an awesome start! Perfect for all fitness levels.

Tabata

Bursts of workouts will torch calories and strengthen your entire body. The format typically includes 20 second intervals of strength and cardio exercises followed by 10 seconds of rest, repeated about 8 times. Modifications are offered for each exercise.

Yoga Sculpt

Also referred to as “power yoga”, yoga sculpt is an intense yoga practice designed to build the fire within you. You’ll receive the benefits of a traditional yoga practice while using weights as an option to further strengthen and tone your entire body’s muscles.

Yoga HIIT

Using breath and movement, this “power flow” class utilizes exercise bands for added strength, resistance and toning in your flow.

Zumba/Gold/Toning

An effective workout mixing low-intensity and high-intensity moves for an interval-style, calorie-burning dance party. The high-energy movements and upbeat music will leave you feeling energized and refreshed after class. You don’t have to be a dancer, just move! Weights are recommended to intensify your workout, but are optional.

Yoga

Ashtanga Yoga

Ashtanga Yoga is an active and energetic form of yoga that generates internal body heat, induces sweat and rids the practitioner of toxins in the body. It also helps the student to achieve strength, balance, flexibility, agility and stamina. The connection between breath and movement is key as you move through a series of standing, seated, back-bending and inverted postures or asanas. It is highly recommended that the practitioner have prior yoga experience as this class is not for yoga beginners.

Beginner's Yoga

A yoga class focused on the fundamentals of Yogic breathing, movements and poses. For beginners and those looking to refine and improve their practice.

(Candlelight) Vinyasa Stretch

Melt away the stress of the day in this vigorous stretching style yoga. This will test your strength, balance, and flexibility while creating internal heat. Class ended with soothing meditation.

Gentle Yoga

Gentle yoga is the right choice for anyone who wants a slower-paced yoga class. Poses are practiced seated, standing and lying down, modified with support as needed. Great for seniors, beginners or those recovering from injuries.

Hatha Yoga

Hatha yoga combines movement and breathing techniques for a relatively slower and more beginner friendly class. Poses are held for a longer duration of time to increase comfortability with each posture and to allow for greater focus on the fundamentals of the flow.

Nidra

Nidra means “yogic sleep”, which is induced by a guided meditation meant to bring you into a state between waking and sleeping. The guided meditation may consist of awareness of bodily sensations, breath awareness, inner space visualization, and rapid image visualization. No physical movements involved.

Restorative Yoga

Restorative yoga is meant to allow your body the space for relaxing and restoration. This class is excellent for those wanting to reduce any stress with little to no muscle activation during the practice. You’ll feel renewed and good-as-new!

Slow Flow

Slow flow is a type of yoga designed to be slow-paced, allowing you to use your breath and subtle movements to find your center. The slow movements and breathwork encourage you to connect with your mind and body, ultimately improving your yoga practice.

Total Body Yoga

Recover from stress and develop strength and flexibility in this smooth yet powerful stretch. Focuses on alignment and balance which helps improve mobility and concentration. All levels encouraged.

Yin Yoga

Yin yoga targets the connective tissues for an intense and deep stretch meant to lengthen your muscles. It’s a perfect complement to the dynamic and muscular styles of yoga flow, yoga sculpt and other fitness classes that emphasize internal heat.

Yinyasa

Yinyasa blends two styles of yoga, vinyasa and yin, bringing together the benefits of passively holding yoga poses with more dynamic sequences. Vinyasa is a more active practice working on muscles and building strength, while yin yoga is a slower practice working on deep, connective tissues and joints in the body.

Yoga Flow

Using breath to movement, this Vinyasa style class will help build strength, increase flexibility, and improve balance. A yoga flow sequence is moderately paced, allowing you to learn the fundamental yoga postures and principles while still pushing you to your edge.

Yoga Hiit

Using breath and movement, this “power flow” class utilizes exercise bands for added strength, resistance and toning in your flow.
